June has arrived which means summer is right around the corner! At Teddy Bear Children’s Dentistry, we’re looking forward to beach days, outdoor picnics, exercising more regularly, and eating lots of ice cream. Additionally, we are also looking forward to seeing our patients and hearing about their plans.
This summer Dr. Da Fonseca and Teddy B’s staff can be found going to the beach with family and spending more time outdoors. Their especially ready to gear up with SPF 50 to go hiking, walking, and bike riding on the beach.
Thinking of going on a new adventure this summer? We would love to hear some of your ideas! Some of our staff members are looking forward to getting a new bike and going on a long ride, especially since it’s been hard to find a bike in the last few months due to limited supply at local bike shops.
If you’re like us, then you might be dreaming about your post-Covid summer vacation. We’re currently dreaming of a long road trip around the Brasilian coast discovering different beaches, sceneries, and varieties of local food. Although our plans are on hold due to Covid, doesn’t mean there aren’t other things to do! Before you head out for your next trip, don’t forget to pack a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss! Just because vacation starts doesn’t mean dental hygiene stops.
Before we head off to grill up some seafood or eat some refreshing BBQ fruits and Brasilian acai bowls, we want to provide you with information to be aware of for your upcoming visit. Although general mask mandates may be lifted in June in the state of California, we will continue to wear masks and require that our families visiting the office continue to do so as well. Since we are a pediatric practice, our young patients will not be vaccinated yet.
